In this role, you will get to work across the length and breadth of the ecommerce platforms: Catalog, User Identity, Discovery, Cart, Checkout, Order Management and Warehouse Management. You will own the onboarding of domestic and international brands on to the Nykaa Enterprise and building new capabilities for ensuring their success. **Role:** You will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our Nykaa Enterprise Solution. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in ecommerce and building SAAS platforms. In this role, you will get to work across the length and breadth of the ecommerce platforms: Catalog, User Identity, Discovery, Cart, Checkout, Order Management and Warehouse Management, building capabilities for our Domestic and International brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, Engineering, QA, Data Science, Ops, Finance and Accounting to deliver a world-class Ecommerce experience for our brands. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Nykaa Enterprise in alignment with business goals and customer needs. * Collaborate with Brands, Business Teams, Engineering, QA, Data science, and UX design teams to define and execute features * Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and trends in Ecommerce SAAS platforms and apply insights to make informed product decisions. * Define and track key shopping funnel performance metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and user engagement, and continuously optimize the shopping experience based on data-driven insights. * Work closely with platform teams to build and enhance the solutions based on our brand customer requirements. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate third-party data sources, tools, and APIs to enhance the search experience and drive innovation. * Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing search interfaces that improve discoverability and user engagement. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement monetization opportunities within the search experience, such as sponsored search results or personalized recommendations. * Drive cross-functional coordination and communication to ensure timely and successful execution of search-related projects, including coordinating with engineering teams on technical implementation and testing. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management * Strong understanding of search technologies, algorithms, and data science principles, with a proven track record of delivering successful SAAS Platform capabilities. * Experience working in mid to large organizations, preferably in the e-commerce or SAAS Platform technology sector. * Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions. * Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * Passion for user-centric design and a customer-first mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences. * Proven ability to hire, lead and motivate teams, driving results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Knowledge of the beauty & fashion industry, including trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, is a plus. **Location - Bangalore/Gurgaon** ** Explore collaborative articles** We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
