Key Responsibilities Define and implement the engineering strategy, ensuring seamless, scalable, and secure mobile and web applications. Lead and mentor engineering teams across Android, iOS, and Web, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Work closely with Product, UX, and Business teams to build and optimize customer-centric digital experiences. Ensure system architectures are scalable, maintain high performance, and meet security best practices. Oversee agile development processes, ensuring timely and high-quality releases while maintaining technical excellence. Attract, retain, and develop top engineering talent, setting clear career progression paths. Partner with Data, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to drive personalization, analytics, and user engagement. Owning the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends. Evaluate third-party tools, frameworks, and partnerships to accelerate development and enhance efficiency.
