About the role
As a Business Development Associate at Nxtwave, you will mentor and guide students toward making informed career decisions. Your primary focus will be on counseling students, driving enrollment, and achieving revenue targets while representing the unique offerings of CCBP 4.0 programs.
Key Responsibilities as Business Development Associate
Mentorship & Counseling:
- Guide students in making career decisions.
- Explain how Nxtwave's CCBP 4.0 program accelerates career growth.
Sales & Enrollment:
- Handle the complete sales lifecycle, including product demonstrations, calls, and closing deals.
- Meet weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
Database Management:
- Maintain detailed records of lead interactions.
- Provide feedback on lead quality to improve sales processes.
Communication:
- Conduct phone/video calls and maintain a post-sales relationship.
- Establish Nxtwave's programs' effectiveness and uniqueness.
What We're Looking For: Business Development Associate
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in Marathi (native speaker).
- Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Reliable and empathetic individuals who can build rapport easily.
Sales Orientation:
- Systematic approach to managing sales funnels and exceeding targets.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior sales experience in EdTech or related domains is advantageous.
