As a Business Development Associate, you won't just be "selling" a product—you'll be transforming lives. You'll serve as a mentor, guide, and career counselor to potential learners who are eager but uncertain about how to launch their careers in tech. This is a full-time role with remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a high-energy, growth-driven team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around guiding prospective learners, building trust, and showing them the value of joining the CCBP 4.0 program. Here's what you'll be doing: - Mentor and guide potential learners via phone and video calls, providing clear and honest career guidance. - Understand their current career status, ambitions, doubts, and help them assess how our programs can benefit them. - Demonstrate the value and uniqueness of the CCBP 4.0 learning experience, including placements, learning formats, and outcomes. - Manage the full sales lifecycle — from initial contact to final conversion and post-enrollment engagement. - Use CRM tools to track leads, follow up regularly, and provide timely updates to the internal team. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy, as you may be the first point of contact for someone making a life-changing decision. - Consistently meet and exceed weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
