Join Our Team: Sales Representatives for New Homes

Are you a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales? Look no further! Our Ryan Homes team is seeking dynamic Sales Representatives. No real estate experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.

Position: Sales Representative Compensation: Lucrative commission-based compensation (successful reps hitting goals earn over $200,000, top performers earn over $300,000!) Experience: At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with potential buyers, showcasing our beautiful new homes
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads
  • Establish rapport and conduct needs analysis to help customers achieve the American dream

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
  • Current top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high end auto, or cellular sales
