Your Impact as Homebuilding Operations Leader: Lead a high-performing team to deliver beautiful homes on time and on budget. You’ll oversee operations, drive sales, and shape the culture of your division while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Full P&L responsibility for your business unit
- Manage sales, approve contracts, and meet settlement goals
- Oversee schedules and ensure timely delivery of homes
- Recruit, develop, and inspire your team
- Collaborate on product planning, marketing, land acquisition, and financing strategies
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus)
- Proven leadership with P&L experience
- Strong team management skills
- Homebuilding experience preferred
