HR Data Analyst Intern

Analyzing HR data related to compensation, headcount, and people analytics. Use Excel for data manipulation (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Power BI to create dashboards and reports. Provide insights to support HR decision-making and reporting. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to handle HR data with confidentiality. Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of Power BI required. Excellent communication skills to present data insights clearly to stakeholders.
