Nutritionist (Enrollment Specialist)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Clinical Nutritionist / Dietician who can blend strong clinical expertise with client conversion skills to drive enrollments into our women’s health programs.
In this role you’ll play a key part in guiding potential clients from discovery to commitment, while delivering meaningful health outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct initial consultations and scheduled follow-ups
- Convert consultations and leads into program enrollments through trust-based conversations
- Clearly communicate program value, outcomes, and structure to prospective clients
- Handle objections and guide decision-making with empathy and clarity
- Collaborate with team to improve conversion rates and client experience
- Maintain basic tracking of leads, conversions, and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Clinical Nutrition
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills (ability to convert without being pushy)
- 1–4 years of practical counselling experience, preferably in women’s health, hormonal health, or metabolic health.
- Relevant certifications and professional registration are preferred
- Demonstrated success in client outcomes + enrollments/conversions is a strong plus
