About WILDFIT
At WILDFIT, we are not just creating meal plans — we are helping people rebuild their relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves.
We believe transformation goes beyond calories and charts. Our mission is to guide individuals toward sustainable health through mindset shifts, habit change, accountability, and personalized support.
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Nutritionist who understands that real transformation requires more than just nutritional knowledge.
As a Nutritionist at WILDFIT, you will work closely with clients throughout their wellness journey - helping them break unhealthy patterns, build sustainable habits, and achieve long-term results. This role requires emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, accountability, and the ability to coach clients through real-life challenges with consistency and care.
This is not a conventional “diet-plan” role. It is a transformation-focused coaching role where client outcomes and experience matter deeply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand client lifestyles, health goals, and challenges
- Design personalized nutrition protocols aligned with WILDFIT TRIBE principles
- Monitor client progress and make timely adjustments to nutrition and lifestyle plans
- Drive accountability through regular follow-ups and structured coaching cadence
- Educate clients on food behaviors, mindset, and sustainable wellness practices
- Handle client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and ownership
- Maintain accurate records and ensure application hygiene through timely updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and impactful client experience
- Support clients in building long-term healthy habits rather than short-term fixes
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of nutrition fundamentals (relevant certification preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High ownership mindset with strong discipline in follow-ups and client tracking
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to work with diverse personalities and situations
- Genuine passion for helping clients achieve meaningful health outcomes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Coaching mindset with a client-first approach
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in nutrition coaching, wellness consulting, or client management
- Proven ability to drive client retention and long-term transformation outcomes
- Strong belief in habit-based and sustainable nutrition practices
- Someone who leads by example in their personal health and wellness journey
- Experience working with fitness, wellness, or lifestyle transformation brands is an advantage
Why Join WILDFIT

- Compensation & Growth
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
- High-ownership role with strong career growth opportunities
- Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing health and wellness ecosystem
- Collaborative, mission-driven work culture
