Nutritionist – Retention & Customer Success

Role SummaryWe are looking for a Nutritionist who will work directly with users post-purchase to drive plan adherence, maximize customer success, and secure self-renewals. This is a hybrid role combining clinical nutrition expertise with proactive relationship management to ensure users see real results and stay retained.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Adherence & Success: Guide users on diet and product usage. Turn complex nutrition science into simple, actionable daily habits to ensure strict compliance.
- Proactive Retention & Renewals: Build trusted relationships to drive high NPS ratings and customer stickiness. Identify early drop-off signals and step in to secure subscription self-renewals.
- High-Touch Interaction: Manage daily user engagement via calls, WhatsApp, and chat. Address friction, handle at-risk users, and push for consistent compliance.
- Structured Journey Execution: Execute onboarding and milestone check-ins (Day 1 to Day 90) using established SOPs and intervention playbooks.
- Feedback Loop: Feed real-time user insights, blockers, and behavioral trends back to the core retention team to optimize playbooks.
KPIs You Will Own- Product Adherence / Compliance
- Subscription Self-Renewals & Repeat Purchases
- NPS Ratings & User Satisfaction
- Cohort Churn Reduction & Daily Engagement Metrics
Requirements & Traits- Experience: 6months to 3 years of experience. A background in startups, health subscriptions, or D2C wellness is highly preferred.
- Education: Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science.
- Empathy with Push: You listen deeply but know how to firmly push users toward action and accountability.
- High Ownership & Energy: You care about actual user results, not just finishing your daily calls.
- Execution Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, system-driven environment.
Working Style- Location: Work from office (Gurgaon)
