Major Responsibilities:

* Manage daily clinic operations.

* Counsel patients prescribed GLP medications on the Healthify Rx, Pro and other med plans and ensure conversions.

* Work closely with doctors, clinic staff, and HME representatives for seamless patient flow.

* Achieve or exceed centre conversion and sales targets.

* Ensure consistent in-centre branding and handle basic administrative tasks.

* Build and maintain strong professional relationships within the clinic.

* Monitor patient leads and ensure proper follow-up for conversion.

* Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and clinic standards.

Key Skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills (local language proficiency MUST for Punjab)

* A nutrition background is preferred

* Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders (patients, doctors, clinic staff).

* Persuasive counseling and negotiation abilities to drive conversions.

* Problem-solving skills to resolve operational or conversion-related hurdles.

* Basic proficiency in using computers and clinic management systems.

* Teamwork and collaborative attitude for working with cross-functional teams.
