Nutrition India is looking for a confident and result-oriented Nutrition Counselor who will be responsible for counselling prospective students and converting qualified leads into successful enrollments for our nutrition and dietetics programs.
The role is primarily focused on student counselling, follow-ups, admissions and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with students, working professionals and healthcare/wellness professionals who are exploring career-oriented nutrition courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website enquiries and other marketing channels.
- Understand the candidate’s educational background, profession, career goals and course requirements.
- Counsel prospective students about Nutrition India’s programs, including:
- PG Diploma in Clinical Nutrition
- PG Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics
- Nutrition certification programs
- Other relevant nutrition and wellness courses.
- Explain course curriculum, eligibility, duration, learning format, certification, fees and career opportunities clearly.
- Recommend the most suitable program based on the candidate’s profile and career goals.
- Convert qualified enquiries into paid enrollments/admissions.
- Conduct structured follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp until the lead is converted or closed.
- Handle objections related to course fees, course value, career scope, certification and learning format.
- Maintain accurate lead stages, follow-up notes and admission status in the CRM.
- Follow up on pending payments and coordinate with students until admission formalities are completed.
- Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to share feedback regarding lead quality, common objections and candidate preferences.
- Achieve individual monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
