Job Title: Nutrition Consultant - Sales

Compensation : Fixed ₹3,00,000 + ₹1,20,000 Variable Pay Based in Bengaluru : WFH + In Person team meetings

At HealthyChef, we’re looking for a Nutrition Consultant - Sales who can focus solely on what they love: consulting, inspiring, and guiding clients while our team takes care of the chart-making!

Plus, you’ll get the unique opportunity to work closely with our founders in a fast-growing startup, shaping the future of nutrition and wellness in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Client Whisperer: Talk with potential clients to understand their goals,
• lifestyle, and challenges. Use your nutrition knowledge to show how
• HealthyChef can fit into their lives like the perfect puzzle piece.
• Sales Dynamo: Turn consultations into successful sales by matching
• clients with the perfect meal plans tailored to their needs.
• Nutrition Guru: Share your expertise and be the go-to person for all
• things healthy eating (without having to do the boring chart stuff).
• Collaborator with Founders: Be part of strategic conversations and contribute your insights directly with the founding team as we grow
• together.
• Relationship Builder: Create trust and long-term relationships with
• clients, helping them feel confident in their journey with us.
• Team Collaborator: Work closely with the operations and meal planning
• teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualification in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• 1 years of experience in a similar consulting or sales role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex
• concepts in a simple, engaging way.
• A passion for helping people achieve their health goals.
• Confidence, enthusiasm, and the drive to succeed in a sales-focused
• role.
