Staff IT Program Manager
About the Team
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly driven IT Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of high-visibility initiatives within our Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex supply chain, procurement, and financial systems integrations while driving cross-functional alignment and delivering scalable outcomes.
Your Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Execution & Delivery: Lead full-lifecycle project management for critical enterprise systems (e.g., Supply Chain planning, Procurement Intakes, and ERP integrations), ensuring timely execution and successful deployment.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Build and manage comprehensive project plans. Proactively identify blockers, mitigate risks, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure strict governance through detailed decision tracking.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Reporting: Deliver concise, executive-level weekly status reports. Ensure clear visibility into project milestones, risks, and dependencies across all cross-functional stakeholders.
- Roadmap Strategy: Develop and maintain quarterly and annual project roadmaps. Provide transparent visibility into the pipeline, dependencies, and alignment with broader business initiatives.
- Governance & Continuous Improvement: Standardize delivery frameworks and implement reporting dashboards. Ensure compliance, facilitate retrospectives, and drive continuous process optimization across the portfolio.
- Special Projects: Help PMO organization in delivering key special projects on a need basis. Some of these projects may include but not limited to Real Estate projects, Acquisition integrations etc,.
What You Will Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in an enterprise environment
- Experience supporting business systems for Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, HR, Sales, or Marketing
- Experience with one or more enterprise platforms such as Oracle ERP, Workday, or Salesforce
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to drive stakeholder alignment and resolve project blockers proactively.
- Expertise in developing project roadmaps, tracking dependencies, and managing risks.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
- Experience working with third-party vendors and system integrators
- Experience as a Program Manager leading O2C and P2P enterprise initiatives.
- Demonstrated success executing complex integrations (e.g., Coupa, NetSuite, Kinaxis, or similar platforms).

Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $139,200 and USD $277,200per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
