Backend Software Engineer

We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join our team. As a Backend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure backend systems that power our cloud and enterprise software products. You will work closely with our product teams to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient and reliable backend solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop backend services and APIs using modern technologies and best practices - Contribute to the development of scalable and fault-tolerant distributed systems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., frontend, QA, DevOps) to ensure seamless integration and delivery - Participate in code reviews, debug complex issues, and optimize system performance - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and contribute to the team's technical knowledge base Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in backend development, preferably in a cloud-native environment - Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Rust) - Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-based architectures - Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), message queues, and caching systems - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies
