</ul><div><strong>Job Summary: </strong></div><div>We are looking for a skilled <strong>Handyman/Repair Technician</strong> to join our team! In this role, you will perform commercial maintenance/Repair work that may include pipe fitting, insulating, welding, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, and installing new equipment. </div><div><br></div><div>You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must! </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></div><ul>
<li>Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions</li>
<li>Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hand tools, or power tools</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions</li>
<li>Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary</li>
<li>Repair machines, or equipment, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices</li>
<li>Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner </li>

<strong>Qualifications</strong>: </div><ul>
<li>Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance</li>
<li>Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in maintenance and repairs</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret parts manuals, wiring diagrams</li>
<li>Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (20) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom </li>
<li>Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis</li>
