Role Description The Nursing Tutor role is a Full-Time/Part Time, on-site position based in Anand. The Nursing Tutor will deliver structured lectures and tutorials to nursing students preparing RN and Paramedical Courses , following the academy’s curriculum and teaching guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, explaining complex nursing concepts, demonstrating clinical reasoning, and using varied teaching methods to support different learning styles. The role involves assessing student progress through quizzes, assignments, and practice tests, providing constructive feedback, and guiding learners in exam strategies and time management. The Nursing Tutor will also collaborate with other faculty members, participate in academic planning, and support the institute’s coaching, mentoring, and exam application processes as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Nursing and Nursing Education, with the ability to teach core concepts and exam-focused content effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in Tutoring and Lecturing, preferably in RN or licensure exam preparation settings.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear explanation of complex topics and professional interaction with diverse learners.
- B.Sc (Nursing) or M.Sc (Nursing) or equivalent; additional licensure (e.g., NCLEX-RN or other recognized nursing licenses) is an advantage.
- Prior teaching or coaching experience in nursing, with familiarity in online and classroom-based instructional methods.
- Ability to develop lesson plans, use digital learning tools, and adapt teaching strategies to support exam readiness.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a learner-focused approach, with commitment to ethical and inclusive education practices.
