About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and lead a team of nursing professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise along with proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of nursing staff
• Ensure delivery of high standards of patient care and safety
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to nursing teams
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and healthcare regulations
• Handle patient care escalations and resolve issues effectively
• Coordinate with doctors, departments, and management for smooth operations
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 8 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• B.Sc or M.Sc in Nursing (mandatory)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage teams and handle high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in ICU (Intensive Care Unit) is an added advantage
• Prior experience in Supervisor role or multi-specialty hospitals preferred
