Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for a Nursing Supervisor. The Nursing Supervisor will oversee and manage a team of nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care to patients. Responsibilities include creating work schedules, providing training and mentorship, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also requires effective communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and address concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge to supervise nursing staff effectively
- Must have a nursing staff pool within the Delhi and NCR region to deploy them.
- Management skills, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Experience in healthcare compliance and quality assurance standards
- Proficiency in record-keeping and familiarity with healthcare software systems
- Ability to lead, mentor, and support a diverse team
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and a valid nursing license
- Prior experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting preferred
