Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Nursing Superintendent role based at Nahar Hospital in Bhinmal. The role involves overseeing and managing nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing healthcare policies, providing training and mentorship, monitoring nursing workflows, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards. The Nursing Superintendent will collaborate with other medical and administrative teams to enhance operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of patient care standards, nursing practices, and safety protocols
- Leadership, staff management, and exceptional communication skills
- Experience in handling emergency care, critical care management, and hospital operations
- Knowledge of inventory management and adherence to compliance with regulatory standards
- Proficiency in creating and implementing healthcare policies and conducting staff training
- Ability to work collaboratively to manage operational challenges efficiently
- Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification; additional certifications are a plus
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role in healthcare is highly desirable
