Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Nursing Staff role based in Coimbatore. The Nursing Staff member will provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications as directed by medical professionals, and assisting with daily living activities. Responsibilities include supporting physicians and other healthcare providers, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. The role also involves communicating clearly with patients and families, offering emotional support, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. The position requires consistent presence in the facility to respond promptly to patient needs and contribute to a safe, respectful care environment.
Qualifications
- Strong patient care and caregiving skills, with a demonstrated commitment to compassionate, person-centered support.
- Foundational knowledge of medicine and nursing, including basic clinical procedures and safe medication practices.
- Clear and empathetic communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or equivalent) and valid professional registration as required.
- Experience in hospital or clinical settings, familiarity with infection control and safety protocols, and ability to handle fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, maintain accurate documentation, and use basic healthcare information systems.
