We are looking for a dynamic and driven Nursing Care Manager to lead and manage home healthcare operations across Ernakulam district. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality care delivery, strong client relationships, and efficient coordination of field teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end care delivery for clients in assigned areas
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and families, ensuring high satisfaction levels

- Conduct regular client visits and quality audits
