🚨 We’re Hiring: Nursing Tutor / UK Placement Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Nursing Tutor who can support UK nursing placements and provide end-to-end guidance to nurses aspiring to work in the UK.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Assist nurses in finding and applying for jobs in the UK through:
- TRAC Jobs portal
- NHS Trust websites
- Private healthcare employer portals
- Guide candidates in:
- Creating and optimising TRAC profiles
- CV and application form preparation
- Provide interview preparation and mock interviews
- Offer end-to-end support:
- From profile creation
- Job applications
- Interview readiness
- Until successful job placement
- Mentor nurses on UK healthcare standards, expectations, and interview behaviour
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing
- Valid nursing registration (UK or overseas)
- Previous experience as:
- Nursing tutor / instructor
- Clinical educator
- UK recruitment support / trainer (highly preferred)
- Teaching or mentoring experience is a strong advantage
