- KNMC Registration – Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in teaching undergraduate nursing students as per curriculum
- Support senior faculty in academic and clinical teaching activities
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
- Supervise students during clinical postings and practical sessions
- Maintain academic and clinical records
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic programs, and workshops
- Support examination and evaluation processes
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong theoretical knowledge in nursing
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in academics
- Basic computer skills and documentation
- Team-oriented approach
Preferred Attributes:
- Interest in teaching and academic research
- Exposure to clinical practice during post-graduation
