Role Description
You will function as a hands-on ICU nurse in a high-acuity environment, managing critically ill patients under direct intensivist-led supervision.
Core responsibilities include:
• Deliver bedside care for patients on ECMO (VV/VA) including circuit monitoring, troubleshooting alarms, anticoagulation awareness, and escalation of complications
• Manage mechanically ventilated patients across advanced modes, with real-time ABG interpretation and ventilator adjustments
• Assist and monitor CRRT, fluid balance, and renal support strategies
• Perform and maintain invasive lines (arterial, central venous, dialysis access) with strict infection control practices
• Participate in hemodynamic monitoring and support management of shock states using vasoactive therapies
• Support care of post-cardiac surgery, sepsis, ARDS, and multi-organ failure patients
• Assist in ICU procedures including intubation, tracheostomy care, and emergency response
• Engage in multidisciplinary rounds, clinical decision-making, and documentation
• Rotate across ICU, emergency, and specialized critical care units for broad exposure

Qualifications
- B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing (for 1-Year Fellowship)
- • GNM or B.Sc Nursing (for 6-Month Certificate)
- • Minimum ICU experience:
- – 1 year (Fellowship)
- – 6 months (Certificate)
- • Valid nursing registration
- • Basic competency in ICU care: airway management, monitoring, infection control
- • Willingness to work in high-acuity ICU settings with rotating shifts and hands-on responsibilities-pressure and fast-paced clinical environments
