Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Nurses role based in Patna. Nurses are responsible for patient care, including monitoring health conditions, administering treatments and medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and documenting patient progress. Additional responsibilities include assisting with medical procedures, educating patients and families, and contributing to the overall operation of the healthcare facility while maintaining compassionate and professional standards of care.


Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of patient care techniques, such as health condition monitoring, vital sign assessment, and administration of treatments and medications
  • Skilled in providing post-operative care, assisting with medical procedures, and managing emergency situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including patient and family communication, education, and emotional support
  • Proficiency in medical record documentation and understanding of compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team and adapt to dynamic healthcare environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution and an active nursing license
  • Prior experience in a specialty area such as maternity, neonatal care, cardiology, or orthopedics is advantageous
  • A commitment to providing patient-centered, compassionate, and ethical care
