Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Nursery Teacher. The Nursery Teacher will develop and execute lesson plans tailored for early childhood education, create a positive and engaging learning environment, and foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young learners. Responsibilities include facilitating interactive educational activities, assessing students’ progress, and maintaining consistent communication with parents or guardians regarding their child’s development. Collaboration with colleagues and participation in training sessions to enhance teaching effectiveness will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and designing age-appropriate learning materials
• Strong foundation in Education, with knowledge of early childhood learning principles
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and fellow educators
• Experience in Teaching and Training young learners in an engaging, compassionate, and innovative manner
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
• Relevant teaching certifications or degrees in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Prior experience as a Nursery Teacher or in a similar role is an advantage
