🔹 ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Nurse Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for nursing staff and aspiring nurses. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world clinical practice.
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and deliver structured training modules covering clinical skills, patient care protocols, and healthcare best practices
• Conduct classroom, hands-on, and simulation-based training sessions
• Assess and evaluate trainee performance through practical tests and written assessments
• Develop and update training materials, SOPs, and curriculum in line with current healthcare guidelines
• Mentor and guide nursing candidates throughout their learning journey
• Coordinate with hospital partners and healthcare institutions for practical training placements
• Maintain accurate training records, progress reports, and certification documentation
• Stay updated with the latest nursing practices, regulatory standards, and industry trends
✅ QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• B.Sc. Nursing / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or equivalent qualification
• Valid Nursing Council Registration (State/Indian Nursing Council)
• Minimum 7 years of clinical nursing experience
• Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools is an advantage
• Empathetic, patient, and passionate about nursing education
