We’re building a flexible, clinician-centered model that allows therapists to focus on what matters most: meaningful client care.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Position Summary:</strong></div><div>We are seeking a Fully Licensed Therapist (LCPC or LCSW-C) to provide 100% remote Telehealth services on a fee-for-service basis.</div><div><br></div><div>This role is ideal for clinicians who want the freedom to work from home while maintaining meaningful client relationships and delivering high-quality care.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Conduct diagnostic assessments and intake evaluations via Telehealth</li>
<li>Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions remotely</li>
<li>Develop and maintain treatment plans</li>
<li>Perform risk assessments and crisis intervention as appropriate</li>
<li>Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation (within 24 hours)</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Telehealth regulations and payer requirements</li>
<li>Verify and document client location and emergency contacts for each session</li>
</ul><div><strong>Work Setting:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Fully remote (Telehealth only)</li>
<li>Services delivered via NPOC-approved HIPAA-compliant platforms</li>
</ul><div><strong>Compensation:</strong></div><div>Fee-for-service structure:</div><ul>
<li>$100 per completed intake / diagnostic evaluation</li>
<li>$70 per completed follow-up session</li>
</ul><div><strong>Schedule & Flexibility:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Flexible schedule based on your availability </li>
<li>No guaranteed caseload; volume depends on referrals and authorizations</li>
<li>Opportunity to build a consistent caseload over time</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Active, unencumbered Maryland license (LCPC or LCSW-C)</li>
<li>Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field</li>
<li>Active NPI number (Type 1)</li>
<li>Experience providing Telehealth therapy preferred</li>
<li>Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual platforms</li>
<li>Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills</li>
</ul><div><strong>Technical Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Private, secure workspace for conducting sessions</li>
<li>Reliable high-speed internet connection</li>
<li>Computer with camera and audio capabilities</li>
</ul><div><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Maintain professional liability insurance ($1M/$3M minimum)</li>
<li>Eligible for Medicaid and/or Medicare credentialing (preferred)</li>
<li>Compliance with all HIPAA and Telehealth regulations</li>
