Position: Nurse Practitioner (Clinical Care & Documentation)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $7-$11/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 2 Weeks
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient scenarios and clinical information to create realistic healthcare cases
- Develop structured use cases based on diagnosis, treatment planning, and care decisions
- Interpret medical records, symptoms, and treatment pathways for accuracy
- Review and validate outputs for clinical correctness and patient safety
- Support documentation and clinical decision-making workflows
- Collaborate with teams to align healthcare insights with project requirements
- Identify gaps in care plans, documentation, and clinical reasoning
Requirements
- Advanced nursing degree (MSN/DNP)
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license/certification
- Strong understanding of primary care, urgent care, or specialty clinic workflows
- Experience in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Knowledge of clinical documentation and healthcare standards
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in telehealth or remote patient care
- Strong clinical decision support and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems
- Ability to handle complex patient cases
- Knowledge of compliance and healthcare regulations
