Provide basic nursing and medical care to people living on the streets and other vulnerable populations.

Conduct regular street visits and community-based medical interventions.

Assess patients’ health conditions, vital signs, and immediate medical needs.

Provide first aid, wound care, basic treatment, and prescribed medications as per medical advice.

Identify medical emergencies and arrange timely referrals to hospitals or healthcare facilities.

Assist the Medical Officer during consultations, health assessments, and medical camps.

Support screening for common health conditions and maintain proper follow-up of identified cases.

Educate beneficiaries on hygiene, nutrition, medication adherence, and preventive healthcare.

Maintain accurate patient records, case notes, treatment details, and referral records.

Coordinate with social workers, outreach workers, Medical Officers, and other team members.

Support health awareness programmes, medical camps, and community outreach activities.

Follow infection-control, safety, confidentiality, and organisational protocols.

Treat beneficiaries with dignity, compassion, and respect, particularly those from vulnerable and marginalised communities.

Participate in field-based activities and travel to different locations as required.
