Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role located in Bangalore Urban. The Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Additionally, responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, educating patients and their families about medical conditions, and maintaining accurate patient records. Nurses are expected to uphold high standards of patient care and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, monitoring, and administering treatments and medications
- Proficiency in documentation, patient record-keeping, and maintaining healthcare compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Ability to handle emergency situations with efficiency and calmness under pressure
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license and registration in relevant local or national regulatory boards
- Prior experience in clinical settings is highly desirable
- Commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional development
