Company Description NURA – Sustained Health with Active-AI Screening is a collaboration between Fujifilm Healthcare and Dr Kutty’s Healthcare, combining advanced AI-enabled imaging with expert clinical care. The organization focuses on regular health screening programs that help detect cancers and lifestyle-related diseases in asymptomatic individuals at an early stage. By identifying potential health risks early, NURA aims to lower complications and improve treatment outcomes. NURA currently operates centers in Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Mumbai, with a growing presence in other major cities.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role based in Chennai. The Nurse will support AI-enabled screening services by performing patient assessments, preparing individuals for imaging and diagnostic procedures, and assisting physicians and technicians during examinations. Daily responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, documenting clinical findings, maintaining accurate and secure health records, and educating patients on preventive health measures and follow-up recommendations. The Nurse will also coordinate appointments, ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols, and contribute to a positive, efficient patient experience within the screening center.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or equivalent) and current registration with the appropriate nursing council.
- Clinical skills in patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, and basic nursing procedures in outpatient or diagnostic center settings.
- Ability to provide clear, empathetic patient communication, health education, and counselling about screening procedures and results.
- Experience in maintaining accurate medical documentation, electronic health records, and adherence to confidentiality standards.
- Knowledge of infection control, safety protocols, and quality standards in clinical and imaging environments.
- Comfort working with technology-enabled healthcare solutions; prior exposure to AI-based or digital diagnostic tools is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused screening center and adapt to evolving clinical workflows.
- Prior experience in preventive health, radiology/imaging, or primary care settings is preferred but not mandatory.
