Company Description NURA – Sustained Health with Active-AI Screening is a collaboration between Fujifilm Healthcare and Dr Kutty’s Healthcare, combining advanced AI-enabled imaging with expert clinical care. The organization focuses on regular health screening programs designed to detect cancers and lifestyle-related diseases at an early stage. By identifying conditions in asymptomatic individuals, NURA aims to lower health risks and improve treatment outcomes. NURA operates dedicated screening centers in Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Mumbai and is expanding its presence to serve more communities.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role based in Chennai. The Nurse will provide direct patient care during screening visits, including preparing individuals for imaging and diagnostic tests, monitoring vital signs, and supporting physicians and technicians throughout the screening process. Responsibilities include educating patients about preventive health, explaining procedures, documenting clinical findings accurately in medical records, and supporting follow-up coordination. The Nurse will also assist with infection control practices, maintain a safe clinical environment, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a high-quality, patient-centered experience.
Qualifications
- Clinical care skills, including patient assessment, basic nursing procedures, and monitoring of vital signs.
- Proficiency in documentation, use of electronic medical records, and adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate and support patients in a screening-focused environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to technology-driven workflows.
- Recognized nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent) and valid nursing registration as required by local regulations.
- Experience in preventive health, diagnostic centers, or hospital settings is an advantage.
- Comfort with AI-enabled or advanced imaging technologies and willingness to learn new systems.
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and patient-centered care, with attention to detail and reliability in a high-throughput screening environment.
