Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Staff Nurse located in Pune City. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting medical procedures, monitoring patient recovery, maintaining accurate records, and educating patients about post-treatment care. Additional responsibilities include ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety regulations and effectively communicating with patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Practical nursing skills, including patient care, administering medication, and monitoring vital signs
• Understanding of hygiene protocols, infection control practices, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in maintaining patient records and using healthcare management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic clinical settings
• Formal nursing education (GNM or Bachelor's in Nursing) and valid nursing registration
• Experience in surgical or outpatient care is an advantage
• Compassion, patience, and a strong dedication to patient well-being
