About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to drive the technical vision, architecture, and development of our software products. As a key leader within the engineering team, you will be responsible for mentoring developers, ensuring best coding practices, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to build innovative products that meet business and customer needs.

Job RequirementsOur Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Software Engineer, or similar role.

• Strong programming skills in [Specify languages, e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.].

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.

• Deep understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, and scalability principles.

• Proficiency in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern software development methodologies.

• Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, AI/ML, or other high-tech industries.

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Hands-on experience with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.

• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Define and oversee the technical architecture and implementation of software solutions.

• Mentorship & Coaching: Guide and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.

• Code Quality & Standards: Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure the delivery of clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• System Design & Scalability: Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that support business growth.

• Agile Development: Lead Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of features.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.

• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

• Security & Compliance: Ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of software applications.
