About the role

As an Associate Program Manager, you will collaborate with the Program Lead and senior leadership to manage and drive critical programs for our clients. You will ensure project success, foster relationships, and contribute to Nuclei's long-term vision. What will you do? Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with the program lead, senior management & Program team members to drive program success, ensuring that dependencies are resolved in a timely manner and progress is effectively tracked. Monitor Program Progress: Plan and oversee the overall program, ensuring milestones are met and timelines are adhered to across all projects. Dependency Resolution: Take ownership of identifying, managing, and resolving dependencies across the program, ensuring that all external and internal factors are aligned to avoid delays. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including the bank’s teams, to ensure smooth communication and alignment. Requirements Management: Ensure that program requirements are clearly defined and documented, preventing scope creep throughout the project lifecycle. Ownership of Delivery: Take full ownership of project delivery and quality, driving the implementation process with a focus on achieving high standards. Scrum Leadership: Lead scrum meetings, ensuring progress is tracked and dependencies are flagged and resolved as needed. Reporting and Communication: Own project status updates and create detailed reports to be shared with senior stakeholders, highlighting key developments, risks, and milestones. Strategic Planning: Participate in weekly/monthly working and steering committee meetings with VPs and CXOs of the bank, contributing to strategic discussions and decisions. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and threats to the program’s success, ensuring that programs remain on track and ROI is maximized. Product and Technology Understanding: It is a plus if you have a high-level understanding of the product and technology landscape to aid in effective program planning and decision-making. Who should apply? Experience: 2-4 years, with preferred experience in client handling (project communication/QA). Exposure to banking clients is a plus. Communication and Leadership: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across teams effectively and independently ensure timely, high-quality outputs. Work Ethic and Resilience: A proactive, action-oriented professional who remains composed and effective in challenging situations, upholds high ethical standards, and handles difficult conversations with confidence. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and make balanced decisions, including the ability to say no when necessary. Self-Awareness and Growth: Confident in their abilities, open to learning from mistakes, and continuously striving for improvement. Problem Solving and Implementation: Skilled in solving complex issues and driving digital projects to completion, with experience in managing large teams being an advantage.
