ServiceNow Developer/Administrator

We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our team in Ashburn, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US). Job Description: We are currently seeking an incumbent to participate in the development and implementation of ServiceNow business applications. This position is based in the US. The incumbent will be a key member of the engineering team by supporting all software development activities under the direction of the Software Engineer Lead. You will work within our agile software development process and have an important impact on the features and services provided. What you get to do in this role: Work with team members and internal stakeholders to define and document development requirements and scope of new development requests Support release of applications through research, technical analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting Design reports and dashboards Perform other related duties as outlined by the ServiceNow technical/Workstream lead and Project Manager To be successful in this role, we need someone who has: Passion to learn new technologies Experience with JavaScript and SQL High energy level, self-starter with a positive attitude. Understands web development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap. Exceptional debugging, unit testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Detailed/action-oriented and demonstrates high standards of integrity, trust, and ethics Basic Qualifications: U.S. Customs and Border Protection Public Trust Clearance Minimum 5 years of software development experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Bootstrap
