About the role

As part of the Germany Business Unit, you are responsible for fulfilling Managed Services contracts (SAP maintenance, OwnIP, AMS and Managed Cloud) for exciting customers from various industries and of different company sizes. You also prepare the handover of support to our global delivery units for our customers as needed. You build a partnership with your customers, keep their needs in mind and provide them with regular advice and solution-oriented support to establish and further develop a long-term collaboration. Your tasks include ensuring our service quality in SLA management and compliance with contractually agreed processes. You proactively identify optimization potential in delivery and then coordinate their implementation in the delivery organization and with our customers. You act independently to ensure compliance with the service level agreements with our customers and ensure appropriate planning, control and reporting. You report regularly to your customers as well as to your management. You also support the sales team, for example in calculations, tenders and in presentations of the Service Delivery Management at nationwide customer appointments, either remotely or on-site. You are part of a nationwide team of highly motivated Service Delivery Managers (m/f/d).
