We are currently seeking a Salesforce Marketing cloud Developer to join our team in Delhi, Delhi (IN-DL), India (IN).

As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new division created within one of the largest technology providers in the world. The work of Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developers provides our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised.
Once You Are Here, You Will:
● Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation within the Marketing Cloud Engagement platform
● Develop and maintain Content blocks, Email templates, Emails, Data extensions, Data filters, Automation & Journey activities.
● Act as the first point of escalation for daily service issues along with PM and be a primary point of contact for Stakeholders
● Prepare/Review Test Scripts and Unit testing of changes
● Provide training, support, and leadership to the larger project team
● Design and develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Personalization.
● Create data extensions, content blocks, and reusable templates for campaigns.
● Implement dynamic content and personalization using AMPscript, HTML, and JavaScript.
● Build integrations between Marketing Cloud and other systems (e.g., CRM, websites, or third-party apps) using APIs and connectors like REST/SOAP.
● Develop data flows between Marketing Cloud and external databases or platforms.
● Configure and optimize customer journeys and workflows using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
● Manage triggers, decision splits, and multi-channel engagement strategies.
● Manage data import/export processes, segmentation, and deduplication within Marketing Cloud.
● Provide guidance to stakeholders on best practices and marketing automation strategies.
● Experience on Stensul would be an added benefit.
● Handle transition from Stensul and SFMC support
● Serve as the liaison with business stakeholders for requirement gathering, campaign updates, and journey optimization feedback.
Conduct alignment meetings, sharing insights on campaign performance, and iterating based on feedback from marketing and sales teams.
● POC with Solutions team and align on objectives between business and technical team
● Provide POV and best practices
● Track and report on campaign metrics and success metrics (e.g., send volumes, engagement, opt-outs).
● Analyze campaign results and provide insights to business stakeholders to support continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.
