AI Engineer

NTT Data Greece team is looking for an AI Engineer to work with clients in the European Public sector such as European Commission European Patent Office, European Medicines Agency and United Nations. You will work closely with a team of consultants to develop intelligent tools and algorithms that drive impactful insights in skills and labor market intelligence. Your expertise in AI, natural language processing, and knowledge graphs will be essential in building innovative solutions that support informed decision-making. We seek a collaborative team player with a proven track record in applying NLP and AI algorithms in a product context and a strong interest in solving real-world challenges. Your role: Design and develop intelligent tools for skills and labor market intelligence, including career recommendations and insights based on AI-driven data. Research and apply the latest algorithms and libraries, tailoring them for skills and labor market contexts, and perform ongoing adaptations to improve project outcomes. Assess data quality and completeness, suggesting improvements to optimize machine learning models and strengthen data reliability. Build and optimize data and model pipelines to enable scalable and reusable AI solutions. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, drafting reports, technical documentation, and presentation materials to share findings and insights.
