About the role

The Delivery Governance Lead is a leadership role, responsible for providing leadership and oversight in establishing and maintaining robust governance frameworks and processes for our service delivery operations. This role, through significant expertise in governance practices, leadership and ability to drive organizational alignment, is pivotal in ensuring effective governance, compliance, and continuous improvement of service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develops and implements a comprehensive service delivery governance strategy and framework, including policies, processes, and controls, to ensure adherence to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives. Defines and communicates service delivery governance objectives, priorities, and guidelines to stakeholders at all levels, fostering understanding and commitment to governance principles. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment, collaboration, and compliance with service delivery governance standards. Leads the design and implementation of service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to measure service delivery performance, and monitor and report on these metrics to drive compliance and identify areas for improvement. Conducts regular audits and assessments of service delivery processes and controls to ensure adherence to governance frameworks, SLAs, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery governance effectiveness, efficiency, and overall service quality, leveraging emerging technologies, industry best practices, and innovative solutions. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including operations, risk management, legal, and IT, to identify and mitigate service delivery risks and implement effective risk management strategies. Leads service delivery reviews and performance discussions with stakeholders, including clients, to assess service performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for innovation and optimization. Stays abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving regulatory landscape related to service delivery governance, and proactively incorporate relevant advancements into the organization's governance practices. Provides leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of service delivery governance professionals, fostering their professional growth and development. Manages and oversees the activities for Governance, risk and compliance function for entire business Manages risk and compliance in accordance with relevant legislation and advise the relevant stakeholders of risk and compliance incidents. Conducts regular internal reviews to ensure compliance to relevant policies and procedures, ensuring the update or modification of such to align with local laws and regulations.
