Job details:
Conduct TNI/TNA and execute the training calendar as per business needs.
Deliver training programs for operations teams and ensure effective learning outcomes.
Deploy and manage training leaders, ensuring productivity and regular follow-ups.
Ensure training SOP execution, compliance, and effectiveness through audits and reviews.
Prepare induction PPTs, manuals, and training schedules for new joiners.
Conduct induction and onboarding training for new staff.
Analyze post-training performance and implement improvement action plans.
Develop and certify training leaders through continuous skill enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and content specialists to design training materials.
Facilitate New Product Launch (NPL) trainings with full compliance.
Conduct store visits for OJT, audits, and operational training support.
