Role Description
We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as NSO Field Trainer.
📍 Location: Ahmedabad & Rajkot (Local candidates only)
💼 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation is mandatory
Freshers can apply
Must be willing to work in field operations
Job Responsibilities:
Handling New Store Openings (NSO)
Coordinating pre-opening and on-ground setup activities
Training store staff as per company standards
Managing field operations and ensuring smooth execution
Traveling for store openings and support (Outdoor duty)
Key Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to travel frequently
Strong team management and problem-solving skills
