Job Description :
- Store Setup & Launch Execution
- Manage complete new store setup including construction follow-up, fixture installation, merchandising layouts, inventory stocking, and safety and legal compliance
- Oversee store readiness checklist: signage, lighting, technology systems (POS, inventory management), security, and utilities
2.Cross-Functional Coordination & Project Management
- Act as the single point of coordination for all open tasks, dependencies, and issues related to new store openings with Head Office stakeholders (Operations, HR, Marketing, IT, Projects, Finance), ensuring timely closure and clear ownership
. Define project timelines, budgets, and deliverables; track milestones and communicate status updates
3.Post-Launch Performance & Business Acceleration
- Conduct regular performance reviews of all new stores together with Area Managers and Store teams to evaluate sales, KPIs (conversion, footfall, average transaction value), execution of standards, and action plans to accelerate business ramp-up
- Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data; adjust floor plans, product assortments, staffing levels, and visual merchandising to drive traffic and conversion
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive retail management experience, including store operations and team leadership
- Proven track record in new store openings, store launches, or retail project management roles
- Experience managing multi-location reviews or working closely with Area/Regional Managers to drive store performance
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, manage P&L, and drive operational excellence in a retail environment
