Experienced Service Desk Agent - FR/EN/GER/LUX

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for an experienced Service Desk agent speaking French, English, German and Luxembourgish, Your main responsibilities: Mainly in the financial field, you will have to adapt yourself to different situations by using your experience, your knowledge but also your colleagues advice Involvement in customer projects will also be expected. More specifically, the following tasks will need to be performed: Support on network infrastructure, Call handling, tracking, dispatching, and escalation, Monitoring critical systems, Participation to infrastructure improvement projects. Job requirements Your profile: You have at least 2 years experience in a similar position in which you have developed your knowledge in IT products like : Ticketing Tools, MS Windows systems, MS Office (including Outlook), Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint... Fluent in French, English, German and Luxembourgish, Open-mindedness and readiness to work in a multicultural environment. Strong team spirit and customer orientation. Very important: given the 24/7 service provided to customers, availability to work nights and weekends is required. ITIL certification would be a valuable asset.
