NSF is looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our Assurance business, supporting our growing InfoSec Certification and Auditing team.
This role offers the chance to work across a wide range of B2B industries including defense, automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing, helping organisations improve compliance, resilience, and performance through certification and auditing services.
Responsibilities
- Help plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and in-person channels
- Support the execution of trade shows, conferences, and industry events across North America
- Create and manage content for social media and digital platforms
- Work with the web team to keep website content accurate, relevant, and effective
- Develop marketing materials for digital and print, working with internal teams and external partners
- Track campaign activity and help keep stakeholders informed on progress
- Contribute ideas for new ways to reach and engage target audiences
Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing or a related field
- Around 2 years of experience in a marketing role (B2B experience is helpful but not essential)
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM or automation platforms like Pardot or Salesforce
- An interest in digital marketing and how campaigns perform
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the United States

- Experience with SEO, SEM, or Google Analytics
- Exposure to working across different regions or teams
- An interest in cybersecurity or information security
- Additional language skills such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese
