About the role
Opportunity:
Due to aging population issue, Japan has a high demand for Nursing Care (Care Workers) candidates to work in Japanese Elderly Care facilities, hospitals, and other recognized health care institutions.
Benefits to the Candidates:
The candidates can earn up to INR 100,000/- Gross Salary per month(Approx). The candidates can save up to INR 60,000/- per month after spending food and accommodation.
Overtime will be calculated on 15% - 30% of per hour salary.
Flight tickets will be borne by Japanese Employer.
Eligibility Criteria:
Should be willing to work in Japan for long term and ready to attend full time Japanese language classes for 9 months in Delhi
Must be a Nursing Graduate (ANM, GNM, BSc Nursing )
Female candidates are preferred
Must be within the age group of 20 to 27 years.
Freshers can also apply.
Candidate must be comfortable with English and basic Computer skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support adults in their daily needs, healthy and nutritional meal, dental aid, maintaining external hygiene etc.
Nursing care at mealtimes, bathing, toilet needs, assistance in moving, and assistance in transferring.
Help adults to achieve emotional stability and get them get them a routine physical checkup to avoid any problem.
Prevent them from any risk of injuries, falls and accidents.
Consider patients preferences, comfortable surroundings, and their needs and make them feel safe and comfortable.
Support them in participating in active range of motion exercise and recreational activities for maintaining body alignment and posture.
Cooperation with doctors, nurses, facility staff and other related professionals as well as with family members.
Training Details:
The candidates will have to undergo Full time Japanese language training in Gurugram for 9 months. The training will be conducted by NSDC International.
All the candidates will have to pass minimum Japanese Language N4 and SSW Skill Exam to get eligible for the interview.
Multiple interview opportunities will be provided to the candidates to ensure their placement in Japan.
