Job Title: NSC Interior Head
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
Project: Large-Scale Hospital Building Project (₹2000 Crore)
Experience: 20 – 25 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced NSC Interior Head to lead and manage all interior and finishing works for a large-scale hospital construction project. The role requires strong expertise in interior execution, finishing standards, and MEP coordination within complex healthcare infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of interior and finishing works for the hospital project
- Manage Non-Structural Components (NSC) including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and specialized hospital interiors
- Ensure high-quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project delivery
- Coordinate closely with MEP, civil, and design teams for seamless integration
- Oversee vendors, subcontractors, and interior execution teams
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and cost control for interior works
- Resolve technical challenges related to interior and finishing works
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and specifications
- Conduct regular site reviews, audits, and reporting to senior management
Key Requirements:
- 20–25 years of experience in interior and finishing works for large construction projects
- Strong experience in hospital / healthcare projects preferred
- Expertise in MEP coordination and finishing works
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of project planning, execution, and quality control
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience in handling high-value projects
- Exposure to reputed construction companies / large EPC firms
