Role Description
As the NRI Relationship Manager at HDFC Bank, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers, providing them with tailored banking solutions. Key tasks include acquiring and onboarding new NRI accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering wealth management advice, and promoting bank products to meet clients' financial needs. You will also monitor account growth, resolve customer queries, and maintain compliance with banking regulations. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Mohali district.
Qualifications
- Experience in relationship management, customer engagement, and delivering personalized banking solutions
- Proficiency in sales, business development, and promoting financial products
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with clients
- Knowledge of NRI banking services, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms and the ability to leverage technology to meet client needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role or in financial services is an advantage
